“Beautiful and Fun, would recommend to everyone”

This was our 3rd trip to Mexico in 2 years. We went to Grand Sirenis and Secret Silversands previously. This was our favorite. It combined the beauty of the others with a fun nightlife. The food was our favorite of the three hotels and the staff was wonderful. The only improvement I could suggest is more waiters working the pools, but it isn't that difficult to get up to get your own drink. Also, the hotel was slow when we were there which contributed to the smaller staff.

Plenty of huts at the beach, but to get the best chairs around the pool, you needed to be there around 10 am (which isn't bad). The chairs in the shade were available all day. The beach was great, good sand, private, no rocks until you were about 5' deep.

The bar on the beach was good, with the two acoustic singers that were amazing. I think they were the hidden gem of the hotel as this bar was not very populated when they were playing.

My wife got the stone massage, she said it was great, but she also said nothing can beat a massage on the beach.

The big shows were interesting, dancing from around the world. The sports bar was the fun hotspot. Plasma's playing the best sports on Mexican cable and a projector playing 80's videos, mostly Jackson.

So, that is a lot of rambling, but we were very happy with NH and as far as the negative reviews, we saw nothing of their complaints. We thought people came down with preconceptions and couldn't get past some stupid little things. It would be a shame to go on a nice vacation and be stuck on the negative. We have been recommending NH to friends and would give it a 9 out of 10.
